Children love to burn energy on the monorail train at Keith’s Don Moseley Park. It’s good, old-fashioned (free) fun. The park   also boasts barbecue facilities, plenty of park benches, a heritage   rotunda, play equipment and murals painted by local artists.

Bordertown’s Tolmer Park is a picturesque stop-off with public toilets, tourist information, play equipment, and Tatiara Creek views. The interpretive signs and walk provide a brief history of the area.

Nearby,Bordertown Wildlife Park  is home to a mob of White Kangaroos. Take a stroll around the perimeter and watch them interact with Western Grey Kangaroos and Dama Wallabies – a special Australian experience. Beat the heat with a visit to Bordertown’s Olympic-size swimming pool, or watch the latest blockbuster movie at the digital cinema.

Padthaway’s Apex Park is also a child’s delight. There’s a playground, rotunda, skate park, tennis courts, barbecue and toilet facilities. Chat to locals and they’ll tell you a visit to Mundulla Oval’s adventure playground is a must.
